You can view or manage your upcoming shipments from your online account at any time.
- Log into your Account
- Choose "Subscriptions" or "Overview"
- Click "Edit" next to the Subscription Item. Your next shipment date will appear at the top. You can change the next shipment date, adjust the frequency, cancel or skip shipments.
Did you miss your scheduled shipment? Check to make sure that your card information is up to date. If your payment has expired or has been compromised, you can update it by going to the "Billing" tab on your account.
