- Log into your Account
- Choose "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click "Reactivate" next to the Subscription Item. Your next shipment date will appear at the top. You can change the next shipment date, adjust the frequency, cancel or skip shipments. Note: Please check the next ship date to ensure that it reflects a date in the future. From time to time the last scheduled ship date may appear and it may be a date in the past.
