General Return Policy
At Dropps, we put our sustainability mission into action right down to our crazy clean quality guarantee. We love our products and we are sure you will too! If, for some reason, you have had a poor experience, please know we will do our best to remedy the situation. With sustainability in mind, we will always offer a resolution that takes our planet and your wallet into account - just reach out to email@example.com with any issues related to the product you received!
- If this is your first order with us, please refer to our Risk-Free Trial FAQ page for resolution
- Requests for refunds will only be entertained if received within 30 days of the order being delivered
- Please do not refuse a shipment upon delivery. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds.
- We are not able to accept returns, and instead ask that unwanted product be donated or shared with friends and family to prevent waste.
- You are free to cancel, postpone, or snooze your subscription at any time, although we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next order is set to process. We cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellation requests received after your order has been processed.
